Cognetex rebreaker , type SMC 410 11b, year manufacture 1990, serial number 37765, with 32 end ball creel, 5 roller breaking zone, cogntex gill head , single ball autodoff delivery, spray device.delivery speed 360m/min, pinned width 228mm. installed power 18kw.

Superba univap

2 tanks with 10 spindles per tank, total 20 spindles ,serial number 22019/22018 , year 1996 linked with 20 spindle superba winder BR 20, year 2002 serial number 60517, with 6 inch traverse, waxing, cutter, magic eye , package diameter by stop sensor, handle held mesdain splicer. maximum production per spindle 60kg/h. Machine is used for machine knitted yarn count range 2 fold 10 to 2 fold 40 or single yarn. Winder will run up to 900meters a min.

NSC Schlumberger GC15 Chain Gills

NSC Schlumberger GC15 D3  chain gill with two drafting zones, year of manufacture 1997, can be used in tow to top lines for rebreaking, or can be used for blending and defelting operations after dyeing and backwashing.  Wide head,12 end can creel, dust cabinet , single ball head delivery.

Sant Andrea Novara, RF 2 b vertical finisher rubbing frame, year manufacture 1988, 24 spindles, 2 end per bobbin, serial number 4530107, maximum speed 250 m/min, maximum rubings strokes 2200n/min, size of tube 50x330, maximum bobbin diameter 310mm, maximum bobbin weight 6.5kg, 30kw power supply, the 2b BESCH draffting system is the used for all counts and is capable of processing slivers of up to 10g/m. Ideal use is standard counts 0.8Nm to 4.5NM.
